Fitlyze:
the AI gym coach
in your pocket.

Fitlyze is an AI gym coach. Say what you ate, what you want to train, or how you feel. It logs the meal, builds the plan, adjusts the week, and remembers you next time.

How it works

Three steps. Then you just train.

  1. 01

    Say it

Open the coach from any screen and just say it. “For breakfast I had oats and one scoop of whey, log it.”

  2. 02

    It does the work

Your coach logs the meal with its calories, protein, carbs and fat and updates your day. Ask “Give me my workout plan for today” and it pulls up today’s session.

  3. 03

    You train

Today’s exercises are already on your Workout screen, with sets and reps, ready to tick off. The math, the planning and the adjusting are done.

It learns you

The more you talk to it, the more it feels like yours.

  • It remembers what matters.

  • It starts from you, not a template.

  • Its suggestions change with you.

Plans on demand

Ask for a plan.
It studies the science. It studies you.
Then it builds one that fits your week.

Nutrition plan

Daily targets that match your goal and your body.

Workout plan

A program built for your goal, your gear and your days.

The Fitlyze plan calendar: the 3-day full-body plan across September, week 2 of 4, training 19 of 23 muscle groups

In the gym

Your program lives on your phone, not on a clipboard.

  • Workout plan

Fitlyze builds your workout plan around the goal you set.

  • Log your sessions

Ask your coach to log your sets and reps. It keeps the plan up to date and tracks your progress.

  • Body map

Fitlyze plans muscle by muscle, and the body map shows it: what today trains, what the week covers, what the program has left.

  • Calories burned

Every exercise you finish counts toward the calories you burned, and one switch takes them off your nutrition target for the day.

  • Fitlyze workout day: the Day, Week and Plan tabs over the week strip, the active 3-day full-body plan, and today's goal and warm-up
  • Today's Fitlyze exercises: leg press, leg curl, leg extension and rowing machine with their sets, above the calories burned card
  • The Fitlyze plan calendar: the 3-day full-body plan across September, week 2 of 4, training 19 of 23 muscle groups
  • The Fitlyze body map for the day: quads and hamstrings lit as planned, with a per-muscle table of sets underneath
  • The Fitlyze body map across the whole plan: muscles coloured done, in progress or planned, front and back
  • The Fitlyze exercise library: movements with a photo, equipment, level and type, filtered by muscle
  • A Fitlyze exercise: the wide-grip lat pulldown with its other names, what it trains, the session it belongs to, and when it was started and finished
  • The same exercise further down: equipment and level chips, tutorials, and the muscles it works, primary and secondary
  • The muscles sheet for the wide-grip lat pulldown: lats primary, biceps, rhomboids, traps and rear delts secondary, shown on the body
  • The Fitlyze set table: four sets of reps and kilos with an RPE column, an add-set button, and suggested substitutions
  • The Fitlyze coach open on the exercise, suggesting to mark it complete, change the weight for next time, or log the warm-up sets
  • The Fitlyze activity screen: roughly 87 calories from the wide-grip lat pulldown, counted straight from the workout
  • The Fitlyze coach open on the day's activity, asked how many more calories to burn to stay with the nutrition plan

Just ask Fitlyze and it will do everything!

Nutrition

Your day, already planned. Your log, already written.

  • It writes your nutrition plan

Daily calories and macro targets, matched to your goal.

  • It logs what you say

“Two eggs and toast.” The calories and macros are worked out and your day updates.

  • It recommends the next meal

Meals that follow your nutrition plan and what it knows about you: allergies, foods you avoid, what you actually eat.

  • Track water
  • Scan food labels
  • Add your own food

Questions

Asked before you ask.

What is Fitlyze, exactly?

An AI gym coach you talk to. Say what you ate, what you want to train, or how you feel, and it logs the meal, builds the plan, adjusts the week and remembers it next time. The coach is the app, not an assistant bolted onto a tracker.

What can I ask my coach to do?

Log a meal, build or change a nutrition or workout plan, pull up today's session, log your sets, swap an exercise you can't do, record a weigh-in, or explain why something is in your plan. If a coach would handle it, say it in a sentence.

Do I have to count calories myself?

No. Describe your meal in a sentence, say it out loud, or send a photo. Fitlyze estimates the portions, calories and nutrients, logs it, and lets you fix anything in one line.

Can it build my nutrition and workout plans?

Yes. Ask for either or both. Plans are built around your goal, body and preferences, land in the app already active, and change when you tell the coach something new.

What if my week doesn't go to plan?

Tell your coach. A missed session, a machine taken, a sore shoulder, a trip, only thirty minutes today — it swaps the exercise or rebuilds around it. The plan follows your week instead of you reshuffling it by hand.

Does it really learn from me?

Yes, and you can see exactly what it learned. Durable facts you share (a goal, an allergy, an injury, your equipment, your schedule, how you like to be answered) are saved to memory and used in every reply. Open Memory to read, edit or delete any of them.

Where can I talk to my coach?

Every screen. The coach bar sits on your workout day, your food log and your stats, and it already knows what you are looking at, so “log this set” or “swap this one” is enough. Write in your language and it answers in it.

What is behind its answers?

One coach, a team of specialist agents behind it: a nutrition agent, a workout agent, a research agent that reads fitness and nutrition studies, and a biometric agent. They work your request and it comes back as one reply. It is still AI, so check what matters, and if it gets something wrong, say so and it fixes the entry.

Does it track my workouts too?

Yes. Your plan lives on your phone: log sets, reps, weight and how hard it felt as you train, run the rest timer, and the body map shades in what you trained.

Can I still log the classic way?

Yes. Search your foods and meals, scan a label, add a food by hand, build a meal from parts. The coach is there when you want it, not in your way when you do not.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your data stays yours. We never sell it or use it to train other companies' AI, and you can export or delete it whenever you want.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. You can make an account and start talking to your coach for free. If you want to keep going, you can subscribe, and you can cancel anytime.

What can I use Fitlyze on?

Any modern browser on your phone, tablet or computer. Add it to your home screen and it behaves like an installed app. Native iPhone and Android apps may follow later.

What does open beta mean?

Anyone can sign up, but we're still polishing things. You might hit the odd rough edge, and your feedback shapes what we build next.

Does Fitlyze give medical advice?

No. Fitlyze is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, and it has not been clinically or medically reviewed. For anything medical, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
