You can request a copy of the personal data Fitlyze holds about you at any time.

How to Request Your Data

The button below opens a pre-filled email to our privacy team. Please:

  1. Send it from the email address linked to your Fitlyze account.
  2. Keep the subject line: Fitlyze — Data Export Request.
  3. Fill in your full name and account email in the message body.

What Happens Next

  • We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing.
  • Confirmed requests are typically fulfilled within 30 days.
  • You'll receive your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
